o999 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to o999. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the o999 platform operated at o999.vu ("o999", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, logging in, accessing any game or betting market, making a deposit, or otherwise using o999 in any capacity, you ("User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

o999 is an internationally licensed online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Pakistan and select other jurisdictions. The Platform provides live casino games, video slots, sports betting (including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other markets), Lucky Dice, and related services. o999 processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

To register and maintain an active o999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. o999 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will require identity verification documents confirming your date of birth before processing any withdrawal.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of o999 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from o999 or had an account closed by o999 for Terms violations.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

Each individual is permitted to hold one single registered account on the o999 Platform. Opening more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes multi-accounting and is strictly prohibited.

When registering your o999 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and any other information requested during the registration or KYC process. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your o999 account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. o999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

o999 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage — including at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by o999 may result in account suspension pending verification.

All financial transactions on the o999 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). o999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. o999 does not accept deposits from payment methods not listed as approved on the Platform at the time of the transaction.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your o999 account balance promptly following successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. o999 is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider processing times, network outages, or Pakistani banking infrastructure issues outside o999's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your o999 account must have completed KYC identity verification, including submission and approval of a valid Pakistani CNIC.
• The withdrawal amount must not include funds subject to active wagering requirements from bonus credits.
• o999 reserves the right to process withdrawals in stages for large amounts and to request additional documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts or mobile wallets that have been verified as belonging to the o999 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• o999 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory anti-money laundering review. This is a regulatory obligation and does not constitute a suspension of your account.

o999 offers bonuses, promotional credits, free bet tokens, and other incentive programmes ("Bonuses") to eligible players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion ("Bonus Terms"). In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific Bonus Terms, the specific Bonus Terms shall govern.

The following general Bonus rules apply to all o999 promotions unless specific Bonus Terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum multiple of the bonus amount (and, where applicable, the deposit amount) must be wagered before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion explicitly permits multiple claims.
• Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period stated in the specific Bonus Terms. Expired bonus balances are automatically forfeited.
• o999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time, with or without prior notice, where abuse or exploitation of the Bonus is suspected.
• Players who self-exclude or request account closure while holding an active bonus balance will have that bonus balance voided without compensation.
• Wagering contributions towards bonus requirements may vary by game type. Slots typically contribute at 100%; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Refer to individual Bonus Terms for applicable contribution rates.

All bets and wagers placed on the o999 Platform are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant game, market, or event. These rules are published within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all o999 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. o999 will not cancel or amend a bet after confirmation except in the specific circumstances described in the applicable game or sportsbook rules (such as the cancellation of a sporting event).
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game session or bet placement, o999 will use available system logs to determine the correct outcome. o999's determination is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all o999 games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be changed by o999 without prior notice.
• o999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was published in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect, or where the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• For cricket and PSL betting: in the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or rescheduled, o999 will apply the rules published in the cricket sportsbook rules section at the time the bet was placed.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the o999 Platform:

• Using any software, robot, spider, scraper, artificial intelligence tool, or automated process to access, monitor, copy, or interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting any software bug, loophole, or technical vulnerability in the o999 Platform, whether discovered by you or communicated to you by a third party. Discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to o999 immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market available on o999.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under aliases — for any reason, including but not limited to bonus harvesting or avoiding account restrictions.
• Using the o999 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to o999 at any stage, including during registration, KYC, or support communications.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other o999 players without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards o999 staff or other users of the Platform.

o999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, with or without prior notice. In cases involving potential criminal activity, o999 may report the matter to relevant law enforcement and/or regulatory authorities.

All content on the o999 Platform — including but not limited to the o999 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics, software interfaces, text, images, and audio — is the property of o999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the o999 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the o999 Platform without express prior written consent from o999.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, o999's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your o999 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

o999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the o999 Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

o999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing adequate safeguards on your own device. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance downtime may affect Platform availability; o999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

o999 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the o999 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by o999 — including your name, CNIC details, mobile number, email address, payment information, and gaming activity records — is used for account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering obligations, customer support, and, where you have consented, promotional communications.

o999 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the o999 Platform. Your account data is stored on secure servers. o999 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

o999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, sustainable entertainment environment for all Pakistani players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: o999 is strictly 21+. Players found to be under the required age will have their accounts closed and any winnings voided in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.

Closure by You: You may request closure of your o999 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon receiving and processing your request, o999 will close your account and return any verified, withdrawable balance to your nominated PKR payment method. Active bonus balances at the time of closure are forfeited.

Closure by o999: o999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• o999 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• Regulatory, licensing, or legal requirements mandate account closure.
• o999 determines that continued service to you creates legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Platform.

Where o999 closes your account for cause, any bonus balances, pending bets placed in violation of these Terms, and winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be voided. Verified deposit balances not subject to pending regulatory review will be returned to you via your nominated payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of o999's licensing authority. The language of these Terms and all proceedings shall be English.

In the event of a dispute arising between you and o999 in connection with the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting o999 customer support. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures specified by o999's licensing authority.

Nothing in this section prevents o999 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.

o999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, o999 will provide notice to registered players via the Platform (for example, a notice displayed upon next login) or by email to the address registered on your account. The amended Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the o999 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
